Support plan frequently asked questions

Support time is the monthly block of developer time included in your plan. You can use it for content changes (not additions), fixing bugs, updating plugins - it is not for redesign work. Any unused time does not roll over to the next month.

If you regularly use your full allowance, we’ll either recommend moving up to the next plan or agree an hourly rate for any extra time. We always flag this in advance so you stay in control of costs.

No - our support plans focus on maintenance and support. We can host your site on our managed hosting or work with your existing host – we’ll confirm the best setup and any hosting costs with you when we start.

WordPress is our most common platform, but we also support custom PHP builds and some other CMS platforms on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unsure, just send us your URL and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Yes. You can move between Bronze, Silver and Gold if your needs change, or cancel with notice if you no longer need ongoing support. We keep everything simple and transparent – no long-term lock-ins.
