Support plans are billed every 6 months. Monthly figures shown are equivalent monthly rates for comparison.
Support credit is a monthly developer time allocation for minor content amendments, technical fixes, and minor front-end improvements to the existing website.
New page builds, blog population, larger content updates, major design changes, and more complex development work may be quoted separately where needed.

EMERGENCY SUPPORT
For critical failures or urgent technical problems, Codeguys can also provide rapid-response support alongside your ongoing maintenance plan.
Support plans are billed every 6 months. Monthly figures shown elsewhere are equivalent monthly rates for comparison.
Support credit covers minor amendments and technical maintenance to the existing website. New pages, blog uploads, larger content updates, major design changes, and more complex development work may be quoted separately.
AD HOC DEVELOPMENT
Support plans are designed for ongoing maintenance, technical upkeep, and smaller improvements. For work outside the agreed scope, Codeguys also offers bespoke development and technical support on an ad hoc basis.
Ideal for bespoke WordPress work, PHP development, integrations, technical troubleshooting, WooCommerce fixes, layout adjustments, and one-off implementation tasks not covered by your support allowance.
A minimum charge of 1 hour applies. Larger or clearly defined tasks are quoted separately where scope allows.
